Payment/Credit Terms

Our normal terms are 1%/10, Net 30 days. These terms are extended to customers with good credit standing, who have completed a credit application with Thomco. Thomco also accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. We will also be happy to ship your order C.O.D. If you would like to set up an open account, please call our customer service department at 770-339-3900.

Sales Tax

Thomco is required by law to collect sales tax in several states. If you are tax exempt, we will need to have an appropriate tax-exempt form on file in our accounting department.

Customer Satisfaction

Your 100% satisfaction is our highest priority here at Thomco. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact your CSR or Sales Representative. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be issued prior to a product being returned. With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise, all returns must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging and in sellable condition. Please be advised that Thomco sells many custom, special order and non-standard items. Many of these items are not returnable. Please check with your CSR or Sales Representative for details.

Custom Manufactured Items

Thomco provides many “custom manufactured” items to our customers. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and industry standards, order quantities are subject to a variance of plus or minus 10%, unless specified otherwise at the time of quotation and order.

All manufacturer warranties apply, unless otherwise stated in writing.
