Quality is something you should never have to worry about. We have controls in place to minimize errors and make sure you are always satisfied with the products that leave our doors. Our controls include several checkpoints before, during, and after production or order shipment, and our document storage and retain system allow us to keep accurate records for continuous improvement.

Our quality certifications include ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SGS, and UL. These certifying bodies require rigorous audits to ensure manufacturers and printers comply with the appropriate quality controls and documentation system. You can be confident in Thomco’s ability to minimize errors and in our corrective action procedures in the event a quality issue makes its way to you. We will document the issue, correct it, and make improvements to ensure repeated mistakes are not made. We commit to quality, and to customer satisfaction every day.
